Article 1 (Definitions)
ACSEINE Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) have established the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) for the use of “User Reviews” (hereinafter referred to as “this Service”) provided by the Company.
Users of this Service (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) must agree to these Terms before using the Service.
Any conditions not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the “Membership Terms” established by the Company.
Article 2 (Service Content)
This Service includes functions that allow users to post comments and ratings regarding specific products and services, functions for voting on others’ posts, and the information and opinions posted by users through such functions (collectively referred to as “Posted Content”).
We do not accept inquiries sent to us via posts. If you have any questions, please visit the “Contact Us” section on our website.
Please note that we may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of this Service without prior notice.

Users of this Service do so at their own risk. Users are responsible for their own posted content.
Therefore, please note that we cannot accept any responsibility on behalf of the user.

involved in any damages (including damages caused by computer viruses, etc.) resulting from posted content, links to external websites, or disputes between users.
This Service does not guarantee that posted content will be stored or posted permanently.
We are not responsible for any damages incurred by users due to this Service (including the deletion or loss of posts and related data).

Article 4 (Deletion of Posted Content)
Users are prohibited from posting any content that falls under or is likely to fall under any of the following reasons.
If any post falls under or is likely to fall under any of the following reasons, the Company may take measures such as deleting all or part of the post, or suspending or restricting the use of the service without prior notice to the user. Please note that the Company
will be the sole judge of whether a post falls under or is likely to fall under such reasons and will not disclose the reasons for such measures. Please
note that even if a post does not fall under or is likely to fall under any of the following reasons, the Company may be forced to delete the post, etc., for the convenience of managing and operating the service.
- When using this service, users must not perform any of the following actions:
- Content that defames or slanders the Company, our employees, the services we provide, our business partners, or any third party.
- Illegal, vulgar, obscene, or harmful posts, or posts that encourage dangerous activities.
- Content that is defamatory, libelous, threatening, or harassing to others.
- Content for commercial purposes, content offering private sales or transfers, or advertisements.
- Content containing specific political or religious claims.
- Content that infringes or may infringe upon the copyright, reputation, privacy, or other rights of the Company, our business partners, or any third party.
- Content containing discriminatory language.
- In addition to the above, any content that violates public order and good morals.
- Content that misleads people regarding the performance and effectiveness of products.
- Any other content that the Company deems inappropriate.
- Including URLs or email addresses in your reviews.
- Harmful programming, scripts, etc.
- Content that defames other companies or violates safety standards.
- Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate.
Even if the content does not fall under the above or is not similar, we may be forced to delete such content for administrative and operational reasons.
- When using this service, users must not perform any of the following actions:
- If a user violates the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company may take measures as specified in the following list:
- Deletion of reviews that violate the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
- Deletion of all past reviews posted by a user who violates the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
- Exclusion from the service and any member organizations provided by the Company.
- Other measures that the Company deems necessary.
Please note that we will not delete any posts even if requested by the user who posted them, except in cases where the post violates these terms and conditions or there are other special circumstances.
Article 5 (Copyright, etc.)
When a user posts content on the Service, the user grants the Company a free license to all copyrights and other rights under the Copyright Act, including domestic and international rights to reproduce, publicly transmit, transfer, translate, and adapt the content (including the Company’s right to grant sublicenses to third parties for reuse of the content). Users must
accept and comply with the following terms and conditions. Users must
guarantee that they own the copyright and all other rights under the Copyright Act, including the rights to reproduce, publicly transmit, transfer, translate, and adapt the content. Therefore, users should carefully consider whether their content is subject to copyright laws before posting.
In addition, if a user posts content using the work of a third party, the user is responsible for obtaining and accepting the necessary rights (including the user’s license to the Company and the Company’s license to third parties for reuse of the content) required for the license described in the preceding paragraph. Therefore, users should exercise caution when posting content using the work of a third party.
We or third parties authorized to reuse your posts may use your posts in various forms, including creating content on our website or websites operated by such third parties. In such cases, we may summarize or excerpt text, resize or crop posted images, or omit copyright attribution. Furthermore, when we or authorized third parties reuse your posts, you agree not to exercise your moral rights under the Copyright Act (including the right of publication, the right to indicate your name, and the right to maintain the integrity of your work), even if such use is explicitly described in this section. Although
we will use your posts with the utmost care, if any edits or changes are made to your content that violate your honor or reputation, please contact us. When we or authorized third parties reuse your posts, there will be no regional restrictions or other conditions.
Furthermore, your license to use your posts will remain in effect as long as the copyright of the content remains valid, and no royalties or compensation will be paid.
Please note that we may use the content of posts as reference for product development or marketing information, etc., after removing any personally identifiable information, or may provide such information to third parties.
