When do the products expire?

If stored unopened at room temperature (after purchase), they can be used safely for three years.
*Please keep products away from high temperatures and direct sunlight. After opening, it is recommended to close the lid tightly, store at room temperature, and use as soon as possible.

What is the recommended order of product use?

Do you use fragrances?

All products are fragrance-free.

Even though my cosmetics are fragrance-free, I'm concerned about a scent. Why is that?

This may be due to the natural scent of the cosmetic ingredients. Even if a product is labeled fragrance-free, it doesn’t necessarily mean it has no scent.
Cosmetics often contain fragrances not only to provide a pleasant scent but also to mask the unpleasant odors of certain ingredients. In some cases, fragrances are used solely for masking purposes.
ACSEINE products, which are popular among those with sensitive skin, are completely fragrance-free, including the absence of masking fragrances.

Can sunscreens (with UV ingredients) be washed off with just a facial cleanser?

All ACSEINE UV Care/UV Base products are waterproof and resistant to sweat and sebum.
For the face and décolletage, we recommend using a makeup remover (cleanser) to remove sunscreen without irritating the skin. For the body, simply apply cleanser all over, massage it in, and rinse off. (If you soak in a bath or warm water to wet your body before washing, the moisture in the epidermis will help make removal easier.)
If the sunscreen is still difficult to remove, try using the same cleanser you use for your face, or gently rub on a lotion or body oil suitable for your skin type before washing. This will help dissolve the sunscreen and other impurities, making it easier to wash off.

Do makeup products without the "PV" label also use PV technology? What about sunscreens?

All our makeup products use ACSEINE’s proprietary PV technology to protect sensitive skin from dullness and irritation.
Our UV Care and UV Base products also utilize ACSEINE’s unique PV technology.

Should I use a facial wash after using a cleanser?

Cleansing (makeup removal) helps dissolve and remove makeup impurities.
On the other hand, facial washing not only removes any residue left from cleansing but also clears away sweat, sebum, dust, and clogged pores (oil and blackheads) that accumulate on your skin.
Since each step serves a different purpose, we recommend washing your face with a facial cleanser suitable for your skin after using an ACSEINE makeup remover.

Is double cleansing necessary if I only use Finishing Powder PV?

If you use Finishing Powder PV alone after your skincare routine, you can wash it off with a regular facial cleanser.
However, if you use a UV base or foundation with Finishing Powder PV, we recommend double cleansing with a makeup remover followed by a facial cleanser.

Q: Does ACSEINE have hair dye for gray hair?

A: We have a product called “Naturie Hair Color N.” It is a
hair dye for gray hair that is gentle on the scalp and hair. It is sold to individuals who are allergic to common hair dyes (containing diamines) and is primarily recommended by dermatologists.

Q: How many colors are available?

A: We offer one color: Black, which is a “Natural Black” that blends well with Japanese black hair.
Because we use only plant-based dyes and do not use p-Phenylenediamine (PPD), a common hair dye ingredient, we only offer this single black shade.

A: It is available at the ACSEINE Official Online Shop (website), ACSEINE Customer Service Center (phone), or ACSEINE department store counters.

After paying with PayPay, the information does not appear in my purchase history.

After a successful PayPay payment, it may take anywhere from tens of minutes to an hour for the payment to appear in your purchase history.
Consequently, the order confirmation email will be sent once it appears in your history.
If your order was successful, the payment will show up in your purchase history and a confirmation email will be sent within approximately one hour. Please wait a moment after completing your payment.
If your order does not appear in the purchase history screen even after an hour, the order was not completed, and you will need to place it again.

Can I pay in installments with a credit card?

Payments are processed as a single full charge only.

Are there any handling fees?
