Article 1 (Application of Terms)

Anyone who registers as an “Acseine Net Member” (hereinafter referred to as “Member”) on the “Acseine Website” (hereinafter referred to as “this Website”), which is operated by ACSEINE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), may use the various services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by ACSEINE Co., Ltd. on this Website exclusively for members, in accordance with the “Acseine Net Membership Terms and Conditions” (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”).

Article 2 (Changes to Terms)

The Company reserves the right to change the content of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to Members. In such cases, the Company will notify Members of such changes on this Website or by other methods prescribed by the Company.

Article 3 (Compliance with Terms and Conditions)

Members must comply with these Terms and Conditions when using this Service.

Article 4 (Service Content, Regulations, Service Hours, etc.)
  1. The Company will provide details of the Service, including terms and conditions, on the service announcement page of the Website.
  2. This Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (366 days in leap years). However, the Service may be shortened or suspended due to computer or line failures or other unavoidable circumstances.
  3. In principle, this Service applies to residents of Japan, except for email distribution services.
  4. If the Company determines it is necessary to change the content of the Service, the Company may implement such changes without prior notice to Members.
Article 5 (Member Registration)
  1. Those wishing to register as an ACSEINE.NET member must apply for membership according to the procedures prescribed by the Company on this Website.
  2. The membership registration process is complete once the Company accepts the application as per the preceding paragraph.
    However, in any of the following cases, the Company may not accept a membership application or may revoke acceptance even if the application has already been accepted:
    • When the applicant provides false information.

    • Any other case where the Company deems the member unsuitable for membership.
Article 6 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights)

Members shall not transfer their right to use the Service to any third party.

Article 7 (Notification of Changes)

If there are changes to personal information such as name, address, or phone number, Members must promptly notify us according to the procedures prescribed on this Website.

Article 8 (Username and Password)

The management and use of usernames and passwords are the responsibility of the Member, and the Company shall not be liable for any errors in use or unauthorized use by third parties.

Article 9 (Information Delivery, etc.)

Members consent to the Company sending or providing information regarding events, direct mail, printed advertising materials, and other information based on their service usage history. However, if any of the following conditions apply, the Member will not be able to withdraw their membership.

Article 11 (Prohibited Matters)

When using the Service, Members must not engage in the following acts:

Article 12 (Deletion of Information Provided by Members)

If any information provided by a Member falls under the prohibitions in Article 11, the Company may, at its discretion, delete such information without prior notice to the Member, and in such cases, the Company shall have no obligation to disclose the reasons for deletion.

Article 13 (Compensation for Damages)

If a Member causes damage to the Company through acts that violate these Terms and Conditions or other regulations, or through fraudulent or illegal acts, the Company may claim compensation for the damages incurred.

Article 14 (Disclaimers)
  1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Service or information provided by the Service, and shall have no obligation to provide compensation for any damages whatsoever.
  2. The Company shall not be responsible for any disputes arising between Members, between Members and information providers related to the Service, or between Members and third parties as a result of using the Service.
  3. The Company shall not be held responsible for the termination of this Service.
  4. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss of data registered or provided by Members through the Service due to reasons beyond the Company’s control.
