Following recommendations from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Japan Cosmetic Industry Association has recently updated its voluntary labeling standards for cosmetic precautions. We would like to inform you that we have decided to update our “Precautions for Use” to ensure even safer use for our customers, and we will be phasing in these updated precautions on our products.
Precautions for Use
Use with caution and closely monitor your skin for any abnormalities.
If you experience any of the following skin irritations, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Continued use may worsen the symptoms:
(1) If you notice any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use.
(2) If such abnormalities occur after the treated skin is exposed to direct sunlight.
*Regarding “Precautions for Use”
Due to limited label space, it may not be possible to display the full “Precautions for Use” on some products. In such cases, we may shorten the text or omit the labeling on the immediate packaging, instead providing the information on the outer box or in the instruction manual. We appreciate your understanding.
