In-store counseling
If you’re concerned about your skin condition, come to ACSEINE.
At ACSEINE shops in department stores, staff members offer expert counseling based on their knowledge of skin physiology.

First, we'll discuss your skin condition.
Our staff will then listen to your concerns and daily skincare routine, then carefully examine your skin by looking at it and even touching it with their hands.

Skincare Advice for Your Skin Condition
What can you do to maintain healthy skin? Our staff will provide advice based on skin physiology. We will recommend products and skincare methods tailored to your skin type.
STEP 3
Advice on Makeup
ACSEINE offers a wide selection of foundation and makeup products coated with pigments that can cause allergies. If you wish, we’ll offer tester-style product testing and advice on makeup application techniques that won’t irritate your skin.
STEP 4
Try it on your own skin.
All ACSEINE products are hypoallergenic, but some people may be concerned about whether a product will suit their skin without actually trying it. If you’re trying a product for the first time, we recommend trying it with a sample or tester.

we will provide you with a sample that suits your skin after a consultation.
If you would like to receive a sample, please visit an ACSEINE store and tell them that you saw it on the ACSEINE website.

ACSEINE was founded on the ACS theory (Allergen Control System), a theory for preventing recurrence of cosmetic allergies, which was developed through collaborative research with dermatologists.
Since then, we have continued to research the relationship between cosmetic irritation and skin problems.
Please feel free to consult with ACSEINE about your current skin concerns and the history of any skin problems you may have experienced in the past.
Please follow the instructions of your dermatologist regarding the combined use of cosmetics and medications. Also, please inform ACSEINE staff of the details.

For those who have had a patch test result from a dermatologist
If you have already received the results of a patch test conducted by a dermatologist and have identified any ingredients that may cause rashes or other problems, our customer center will check in advance to ensure that the product does not contain any of the ingredients in question before recommending it to you. Please feel free to contact us.

ACSEINE's activities through dermatologists for customers suffering from skin problems
ACSEINE was founded on the ACS theory (Allergen Control System), a theory for preventing recurrence of cosmetic allergies, which was developed through joint research with dermatologists .
Since then, for 50 years, I have been researching the relationship between cosmetic irritation and skin problems. Doctors recommend our products to their patients as a cosmetic treatment aid.
In particular, when cosmetics are one of the causes of dermatitis, the type of cosmetics to use and the type of care to take after treatment are extremely important points in terms of preventing recurrence.
ACSEINE’s academic group provides information through dermatology-related academic societies that dermatologists can use to explain cosmetics to their patients. In addition to introducing our own products, we also provide a variety of information on cosmetics in general, their ingredients, and daily skin care (how to use them).
